JLA provides full microbiological testing and consulting services for the food industry at all stages of production, including environmental testing, problem solving and quality assurance.

An extensive range of methods for detection of microorganisms, pathogens and toxins of concern are offered.  We provide both rapid and culture methods following but not limited to AOAC, ISO and FDA BAM methodologies.

Technical Support

JLA provides more than just testing services.  Our food scientists and microbiologists can provide assistance in food safety and spoilage issues.  Design QA/QC programs, plus environmental & finished product microbiological sampling programs to meet your facility needs.

 

Service

JLA operates 365 days a year because we know our customers need timely results to prevent lost sales and surplus inventory costs.  Testing begins the day samples are received at the laboratory and results are available the day the test(s) are completed.  Turnaround Time is 1 – 5 days.
